Si-bei seo!

Finally reached 北京首都机场 after a 6 hour flight from Singapore! Greatly impressed by this sprawling new Norman Foster terminal! Hassle free immigration, dustfree and uber polite staffs, Beijing sure has come of age! Changi, watch out! Headed immediately to youli's hostel before heading to Tiananmen and Forbidden City. Thanks youli for the great hospitality! Koped oversized-gloves and scarfs before leaving her place. Woohoo! Temperature was incredibily low at a -5, which makes travelling a real pain in e a* sia. Oops.

紫禁城 was columns and columns of palaces, each with its specific purpose. At the end was this room with a huge bed for the emperor to do some 'national service' a.k.a. to build more princes and princesses. Haha. Lots of tourists were touching the frame of that room sia. Think its some kind of superstition that a girl will get pregnant if she touches the frame. Damn, I touched it too. Thousands of years of history is captured in this colossal palace, felt overwhelming entirely! Since i am not too well versed about the history of Chinese emperors, so not going to act pro here. Haha. Don have a lot of pictures to post here, since I was playing with youli's SLR thorughout most of the journey. Waha. Still waiting for youli to upload!

This was our conneccting flight from Beijing to Seoul. This was onboard AirChina! Totally exceeded my expectations as the inflight entertainment was so superior and the seat was relatively comfortable aboard this A330 jet. Cant ask for more for a 800 bucks airtix anyway. Haha. Watched Windstruck during this one hour journey which I had to fastforward gazillion times just so that the movie can reach the ending before the plane finally arrives in Incheon. Ciaoz!
